David Kugelman

David Kugelman has been President of Atlanta Capital Partners, LLC since 2004 and has provided corporate consulting in mergers, acquisitions, and public relations to numerous publicly traded clients. Mr. Kugelman has been in the Financial Services industry since 1986, has served as a Registered Principal of a regional investment banking firm, and has worked for Thomson McKinnon, Bear Stearns, and Merrill Lynch. He previously held the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses and the Certified Financial Manager designation.
