Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and closing significant industry partnerships that will allow us to continue to scale through investment and scientific collaboration.

Reporting directly to our CEO, your highest priority will be to lead all our strategic sales and partnerships efforts to develop relationships with psychiatrists, therapists, medical associations, and various brand/content partners.

Success in this role will depend on your deep industry connections and network, and your ability to drive strong, meaningful relationships. Communication will be a key part of this role, so it’s absolutely essential that you understand how to communicate our mission and our value proposition at a high level to other leaders in the field.

Practically speaking you’ll also:

  • Build and manage the business development strategy of the organization
  • Lead strategic planning and business development efforts for pharma, technology, and mental health partners
  • Mentor and develop strategic skills across the organization
  • Develop long-term relationships based on credibility and trust
  • Work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to support general business growth and integrity, and represent the goals of the company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 10 years senior leadership roles in business development/sales/marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience working in the pharma/medical tech industry, medical consulting firm, or high-growth healthcare services company
  • Ability to establish credibility and to be an influencer with industry leaders and business partners
  • Experience developing relationships with high level, decision-makers with a track record of working with emerging, innovative products and solutions
  • High energy performer with an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to sell into this industry and who operates as part of the team and whose enthusiasm inspires and motivates teams, peers, and customers

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent position working from your home office.

We offer a highly attractive total compensation package, commensurate with experience. and which will include access to stock options and performance-based bonuses.
