Our consulting team specialises in providing high quality market intelligence and strategic advisory services to operators, investors and regulators regarding a variety of industries ranging from pharmaceutical to FMCG and wellness. We are looking for an experienced consultant willing to join our international team to manage, execute and sell a diverse range of projects, whilst helping to build our brand and expanding our offering and clients' portfolio.

 

Your profile

● Flexible and driven - one day you'll be managing a project with 6 analysts at your orders, the next you'll be the analyst and you'll have to get your hands dirty and conduct directly the primary research. Sometimes you might end up working with the marketing team or help out with the organisation of an event... It's a start up!

● Structured and organised - "we bring method to madness", and there's certainly a lot of madness in our sector. A solid backgroung in strategy and business consulting will help you drive the conversation with our clients and deliver sharp insights and advice.

● Creative and quick- we work in a completely new sector, heavily regulated and in continuous change. Research methods and strategy frameworks are not set - Prohibition Partners is pioneering this market and we want our people to be imaginative critical thinkers, able to see patterns where others only see chaos.

● Passionate - we need curious, inquisitive minds with a deep interest and passion for the cannabis industry. And psychedelics as well! Very exciting.

 Business savvy and commercially astute - keen and quick in understanding and dealing with the risks and opportunities of any business opportunities, both for our company and for our clients. Able to contribute to our business development by gathering briefs from our clients (mostly c-suite and directors) and preparing high quality, tailored proposals.

● Complete fluency in English and MS Office – proficiency in written and spoken English is a must (C2 level minimum). Proven competency with Power Point, Word and Excel (including financial modelling). Other languages are an asset (especially German, Russian, Polish, Czech).

● Great communication and team work - able to communicate clearly both with clients and with colleagues regarding workflow and team issues. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic team colleagues in multiple locations. Willing to take feedback

 Relevant experience: strategy/management consulting, pharma, consumer goods, wellness, regulatory analysis, finance/economics, international trade. 

 

The team's management are based in Barcelona and London, but the rest of the team works remotely, so location is not an issue as long as you don't mind video conferences and whatsapp, as well as adapting to CET / BST timezones.
