What you'll do 

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations using our telemedicine platform
• Determine patient eligibility for treatment
• Prescribe medication
• Work collaboratively with Mindbloom Guides for care coordination
• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning
• Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores
• Provide feedback to continuously improve our clinical protocols and care model

 Requirements

• PMHNP or PA with psychiatry experience/CAQ
• Exceptional bedside manner and patient-centric mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
• Personal connection to non-ordinary states of consciousness
• Intellectual honesty
• A growth mindset
• Positive, collaborative working style
