HealthMode was created to improve clinical trials with AI-enabled patient measures. We develop products that collect patient data from real-world settings and transform them into quantifiable clinical measures providing evidence for clinical trials and patient care. We follow a 3-step product validation path - product feasibility study, data collection and model development, clinical validation. On this path, we develop industry and clinical research partnerships that support the development and adoption of the new measures (preferably iOS). We integrate regulatory discussions throughout our process to speed up innovation adoption within the pharmaceutical industry.

HealthMode is seeking a Product Manager who will be committed to improving clinical trials by creating state of the art technology solutions and deploying them directly into clinical trials and studies in collaboration with the HealthMode team in the US & CE as well as clients and partners globally.

Our future colleague is a product manager who loves iterating with customers. They will become well-versed with our product and technology to ensure our customers’ successful adoption in clinical research to derive as much value as possible from our products. ​As a key point of contact for partners and customers from the pharma and biotech industry, Product Manager will act as an advocate and liaison between a variety of stakeholders, such as implementation product team, HealtMode internal operations, HealthMode leadership and external partners. The job will also include adjusting the products as the clinical development portfolio of our partners evolves, or adjusting the existing products for the new opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Specification, planning and delivery of new products and updates and enhancements on existing products
  • Create a strong relationship with with key external partners and customers to support execution of HM portfolio projects
  • Work closely with customers to identify requirements, translating feedback to action plan for tech team
  • Own the execution of the requirements - work closely with design and product development team - and communicate progress and iterations to the external and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, manage and prioritize requirements for product delivery to clinical trials and studies
  • Work with a broad set of internal HealthMode stakeholders including HM Leadership, HM R&D, HM Operations, HM Business development team to understand and execute on requirements, ramifications and operational steps for successful product delivery
  • Together with HM Operations manage and facilitate resolution of issues arising from deployment of digital devices (phones, wearables, activity trackers, etc) in clinical studies
  • Manage timeline of the product delivery based on project specifications
  • Design and own future plans and features of the product
  • Prepare proposals for new opportunities - you are confident in creating and communicating specs, timelines, mockups and test scenarios

You have:

  • Relevant Product Management or past Customer Success experience with preferably early or later stage startup or mid-size company
  • Technical understanding and operational experience in mobile and web app development (both FE and BE)
  • Has managed a product with significant customer growth and involvement that has launched multiple iterations quickly
  • Experience steering product direction, ability to talk to potential clients/users about product/service, discover needs and translate them into actionable implementation plan
  • High degree of empathy and communication skills - ability to crisply articulate ideas with analytical reasoning and proactively seeking to listen to stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously with complex sets of clients
  • Ability to start with a high-level vision and take it through entire lifecycle including the launch
  • Strong operational skills with prioritization, planning meetings, brainstorming and directional sessions, client-facing workshops, and steering based on feedback from product metrics and users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations.
