Role 🎨
• Develop one of Mindbloom's most important acquisition channels into a massive engine for growth
• Scale the performance marketing channel 10X and beyond while achieving CAC targets
• Run experiments to continuously optimize throughout the acquisition funnel
• Analyze creative trends, audiences, and economics to understand which campaigns or assets are performing best
• Identify opportunities in new channels and run experiments to evaluate channel fit
• Report on acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC and channel LTV
• Collaborate across the team (e.g. Design, Content, Product) to build high-impact campaigns
Sound Like You? 🎧
• Experience: 5+ years of performance marketing experience, managing monthly budgets of $1M+ while achieving rapid growth
• Full-funnel Marketer: You develop a deep understanding of the buyer's journey to create full-funnel campaigns
• Growth Mindset: You continuously run hypothesis-driven growth experiments to achieve stunning results
• Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a record of driving initiatives from ideation to completion that move the needle
• Makes Exceptional Decisions: You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
