This is not a remote position! We can only consider applicants who are available to start work in the Netherlands within a month and who are legally able to work there. A good command of Dutch and English are required.

We are a startup natural pharmaceutical company focused on legal psychedelic market. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, manage lab inventories, and work with subcontractors. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of lab and office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Organize bids for services and equipment
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office email
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
