Field Trip Health is looking for licensed psychotherapists to join our team as independent contractors providing continued care and support to individuals who have completed our psychedelic (ketamine)-assisted psychotherapy program. Field Trip’s program leverages cutting edge research in psychedelic medicine with evidence-based practices to offer modern mental healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have an interest in and/or experience with the healing potential of alternate states of consciousness and a desire to learn and grow within this emerging field. The role will include administering intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic support. This may include conducting therapy sessions designed to assist clients in developing awareness, improving coping strategies, restoring functioning, and enhancing overall wellness and quality of life, as well as some potential psychedelic integration. This role will allow practitioners to gain experience in conducting psychedelic integration therapy and will have the potential for growth within the company. This is an independent contractor position where clients would be referred to the practitioner by Field Trip Health to provide external ongoing care. The role will involve providing virtual care from home or your private office (when Covid 19 restrictions allow), which will allow for flexible hours of practice.

  • Coordinate care and communications among clients, mental healthcare providers (therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care physicians), and the medical team as needed

  • Membership/license in the appropriate regulatory body that authorizes engaging in psychotherapy (independent practitioners who have completed supervision requirements will be preferred)
