Now we’re looking for a Head of Investor Relations, to help manage our growing investor portfolio and build deep relationships within the investor community.

Head of Investor Relations
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
Reporting to the CFO (with a dotted line to the CEO), you will connect our executive leadership team with investors on matters related to business plans, budgets, and quarterly and annual results. You will work with our writing and brand team to direct the press release writing.
Success in this role will depend on your deep industry connections and network, and your ability to cultivate and manage relationships in the investor community. Communication will be a key part of this role, so it’s absolutely essential that you understand how to communication our mission and value proposition to current and potential shareholders.
Practically speaking you’ll also:
o Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s strategy for delivering shareholder value
o Manage and develop relationships with investors and broker analysts
o Draft and push relevant news updates to our internal database
o Build trust with our executive leadership team by delivering results, and representing MindCure values in all your business interactions
o Work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to support general business growth and integrity, and represent the goals of the company
o Analyze financial trends, shareholder issues, market performance, competitor behaviour, and other forces that could impact the business

The Details
This is a full-time, permanent position working from your home office.
We offer a highly attractive total compensation package, commensurate with experience. and which will include access to stock options and performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 10 years working in the investor community, and a demonstrated history of business development success
o An excellent understanding of Canadian regulatory requirements for a publicly traded company, and all relations SEC laws and securities disclosures
o Experience working in the pharma/medical tech industry, medical consulting firm, or high-growth healthcare services company
o Established credibility within the investor community, and a track record of working with emerging, innovative products and solutions
o A deep understanding of valuation methods, capital market trends, industry dynamics, and the ability to speak to financial modelling techniques used by investors
o Experience building and delivering presentations to the executive level
o Experience working with the Adobe suite of products
