At Sanctus we’re on a mission to change the perception of mental health and to make working on your mental health as accessible as working on your physical health. We believe everyone in the UK should have access to a safe space like Sanctus at work and to be supported wherever they are at on their mental health journey. Sanctus was founded in 2016 and over the last 4 years we have focused entirely on improving mental health in the workplace working with the fastest growing startups in the UK like Onfido and carwow, big brands like Red Bull and the BBC and huge enterprise partners like Boston Consulting Group and Ashfield Healthcare. Our customers are our partners and through our partnerships we make Sanctus accessible to people at work Right now, up to 1,000 people can book a Sanctus session at work every month and over the next 5 years our ambition is for 1000’s more people to have access to Sanctus at work. In order to do that, our goal is to partner with businesses of all shapes and sizes in the UK and to become the mental health partner for organisations. This is where you come in. We’re looking for someone to lead selling into ‘enterprise’ partners of 600+ employees, the segment of our largest customers and typically the biggest organisations in the country.

What you will do/About the role

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in helping us achieve this goal and for taking Sanctus into some of the biggest brands and companies in the UK. You will shape how we sell into and partner with enterprise businesses at scale and will influence the shape of the product through the sales process. Enterprise Sales Manager at Sanctus is responsible for:

  • Selling Sanctus into businesses with 600+ employees
  • Building relationships with HR Directors and Leadership teams
  • Growing the pipeline of Enterprise Customers through networking and outreach
  • Managing and developing the end to end sales pipeline
  • Managing the CRM in Hubspot from inbound/outbound through to new partner
  • Identifying and delivering insight that informs how we evolve, expand and enhance our offering for Enterprise partners
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to help shape the Sanctus products and solutions to meet Enterprise customer needs.
  • Building deep product and market knowledge to effectively position Sanctus and our product offering

As we grow there’s also opportunity for progression towards leading and developing the sales team.

We’re looking for someone who is extremely passionate not only about our mission, but also about customer experience and sales. We’re looking for someone who is creative and innovative but also driven, ambitious and hungry to build and shape a fast-growing company that is determined to change the workplace for the better.

Skills and experience

  • A proven track record in a B2B sales capacity
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales at a growth stage company
  • Demonstrated experience in leading new business sales in a start-up environment
  • Experience in generating and handling the end to end sales pipeline (lead generation, initial contact, contract negotiation etc)
  • Proven ability to independently develop, and close new client relationships
  • Can confidently manage complex sales cycles
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to enterprise customers needs throughout sales process
  • Able to build strong and effective relationships, resulting in new growth/partner opportunities
  • Has experience with negotiation of enterprise contracts and objection handling
  • Strong internal communication skills and able to work in a small team environment
  • Able to create and shape new processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and external presentation skills

Life at Sanctus

We’re a team of 15 at HQ, 32 Sanctus Coaches and we have an incredible community of partners, made up of some of the most forward-thinking businesses in the world. Our home is in Shoreditch, London but we’re currently working fully virtually due to Covid-19 and we expect this to be the case for 2020. In 2021 we’re looking to work flexibly with 1-2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. We have a very open and receptive culture towards mental health and you might find us talking about the meaning of life or the use of psychedelics in therapy over lunch.
