How I Work

Having grown up on the south coast of NSW, I was immersed in bush walks and beaches most weekends. I was taught to respect the ocean, the bush, and our role in the world.
In my practice, I combine a love of nature in botanical medicine with nutrition and an understanding of human biology. The body is the smartest machine in the world,” I say, one that is too often, unfortunately, taken for granted. I aim to empower my clients to be the best version of themselves through optimising nutrition, sleep, physical exercise and the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).
