Bio

My journey began in 1990, when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, Epstein Barr Virus, and Candida after being on penicillin for 10 years 2x a day (after having bacterial meningitis 3x). I was lucky to survive the second episode which put me in a coma for over 30 hours. I sought help from the people at a local health food store and when I returned to health it became my calling and passion to help others. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2010.
