Amy E. Coleman, MD

Bio

Through crafting successful performance optimization programs for elite air personnel and soldiers, Dr. Coleman developed a deep understanding of how streamlining health requires a full-spectrum approach. It starts with a “top-down” focus on evidence and systems-based medicine. Equally important is the “bottom-up” approach, which includes teaching and treatments toward greater relational mind and body connections.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Coleman was a Family and Occupational Medicine Physician for five years and also spent five years as a practitioner of emergency and wartime first-responder medicine. She has eight years of experience in military medical leadership as a United States Air Force Human Factors Expert in peak performance. She has three years of functional medicine experience with the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and has practiced Japanese acupuncture for 10 years.
