How I Work

I believe that diet is a way of life, our eating pattern is uniquely our own, and that health comes in all shapes and sizes. My integrative approach promotes sustainable lifestyle modifications for long-term success, whether my clients seek lifestyle changes to improve their well being or require medical nutrition therapy for a particular disorder. I explore diet, sleep, and exercise habits and work with my clients to identify areas for change. My clinical experience includes diabetes and renal care, therapeutic diets, and medical nutrition therapy related to ALS, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory bowel disease. In addition to one-on-one therapy, I am a seasoned instructor and teach classes for both private and public organizations on a variety of topics. I offer individual sessions, packages, and group rates. I am a telehealth provider and conduct my visits securely by phone or video chat. I am available to teach classes and workshops both virtually and in person. Please contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
