Bio

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2005. I conducted group trainings and taught healthy cooking classes in Jacksonville, FL until I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2012. I am getting workshops and programs together to deliver in my area for women who are frustrated in their weight loss efforts.
