How I Work

Fun! Training can be hard and it should challenge us mentally and physically, but if we're not enjoying the process, even if it has to be after the session has finished, then we're missing the best part! I'll never train my clients for a lifetime so I look at the sessions as workshops, and have my clients better know who they are so they can take control of their fitness journey.

Using this as a foundation I create sessions that provide a solid foundation where long lasting change can occur.
